A: I have 2 dogs yorkie(cupcake) and morkie(maltese and yorkie-Snugles) and I also have 3 fish and used to have a hamster named jlo. lol yes i am allowed to have 2 dogs in my apartment since they are not loud and only 8.5 pounds each.
